FallUp Wellness is led by Ana G. Perez Barrios, LPC, whose supervision and clinical leadership are shaped by more than 25 years of clinical experience, professional teaching and supervision and a distinctive integrative, trauma-informed approach. Her work places strong emphasis on trauma, individuals, and couples, and she is committed to helping new clinicians build skill, confidence, and professional identity through high-quality supervision.

This role offers the opportunity to:

You will provide remote telehealth counseling services and manage your caseload while working collaboratively within the practice. Responsibilities may include diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, documentation, coordination of care, attendance at clinical meetings, and case presentations.

Clinicians should be available to maintain a minimum caseload capacity of 6–10 client hours per week as referrals build, with opportunity for growth over time.

We are seeking a clinician who is compassionate, motivated, collaborative, and eager to continue learning. Candidates must hold an active LGPC license in DC and have experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Experience with couples and families is also preferred.

Clinicians must maintain their own professional liability insurance, and support will be available to help guide that process.

This position starts at $50 per hour and includes supervision, professional development support, monthly health insurance assistance, performance-based bonus opportunities, and an additional 10% hourly increase for clients referred by the clinician.

FallUp Wellness also provides referrals, administrative support, insurance management, and marketing assistance, including support for Psychology Today visibility and presence on the practice website.

We value meaningful, growth-oriented supervision. Clinicians in this role will receive regular support through individual and group supervision with a clear structure and shared goals. Candidates should be open to direct clinical feedback, including review of recorded sessions and supervisor participation in sessions when appropriate and properly consented.
